Jonas Bergsøe

Jonas Bergsøe has been the captain and expedition leader on board top gallant schooner Activ of London since 2002. During his time on board he's lead several expeditions to both deserted, exotic islands in South America, as well as under the starry skies and northern lights in Greenland - meanwhile setting new world records, bringing together the unique combination of artists and scientists as a sort of social experiment, a dynamic refuge, eventually generating both artwork, new scientific data, sea charts of previously unmapped seabeds and inspiring new and alternate methods of scientific and artistic work approaches. 
He's an adventurer, a story-teller and a dreamer, turning the wildest ideas and most unprecedented dreams into realization. Nothing is impossible.
